The Split-Fire 3407 is the perfect log splitter for farmers and homesteaders looking to get increased productivity out of your mini-skid or small to medium skid-steer. This splitter gets the same impressive 20 tons of rated splitting force at 2900 PSI and effective 4.5 second cycle time at 20 GPM of the Split-Fire 3207, but with the addition of an interchangeable 2-way/4-way wedge which is capable of increasing efficiency by up to 100%. Other upgrades include a lengthened and reinforced frame, large log stops, and a specifically-made 4-way slider all to allow this wood splitter to handle the additional forces created by 4-way splitting.
The 3407 is a maintenance-free log splitter, as all hydraulics are provided by your loader, and the splitting wedge runs on self-lubricating UHMW slide pads. With multiple attachment styles available, the splitter can be hooked up to your loader and ready to split in under a minute, then put away in storage until next season. Multiple optional accessories including a hydraulic log lifter are available, so you can customize this machine to perfectly suit your set-up.
