I have owned a Split-Fire splitter since 2012. It is in constant use and always runs flawlessly. This splitter is very efficient and never quits, I just change the plug and oil every season. The other day a log broke off the valve handle. When I called into Split-Fire the customer service could not have been more accommodating. I love my Split-Fire and hope to get years and years of use out of it.
