The Split-Fire 1165V vertical splitter is a monster for its size. I’ve split 18″ elm rounds with little issue. Not the easier to split red elm, but the nasty American Elm. Oak and hickory is a breeze. I’m impressed with this splitter and recommend it to anyone.
