We received the wood splitter last week and it was like Christmas all over again. My husband and our neighbor put it together and used it immediately. They were like little boys with a new toy. I have to thank you Kyle for all your help in getting this wood splitter to us. Everything from the first contact with you, the communication, the contact with Ashley, the delivery and pick-up were without any problems whatsoever. The video that helped with assembly is well made. It would be wonderful if all companies were as accommodating as you have been. My hat is off to you and your company. We will have no problem promoting you and your products as I’m sure they all measure up to the same excellent craftsmanship.
